Shipping Policy

We deliver to all of the US, including PO via USPS, UPS. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and arrives within 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal and State holidays.

We also ship internationally vis UPS and DHL

 

Agape Sale is NOT responsible for stolen parcels. If a parcel was left at your address and has gone missing we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf but we will not re-ship or refund your order until the courier deems the parcel as lost or undelivered.

 

When selecting your shipping method please note the following;

Monday to Friday are business days. Couriers only pickup on business days. We do not pack/ship on weekends or stat holidays. 

PRIORITY SHIPPING: ships within 24hrs or 1 Business Day.
EXPRESS PRIORITY: ships within 48hrs or 2 Business Days.
REGULAR/ EXPEDITED: 
orders are shipped/packed in the same order they are received.

Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be added to their respective queues on Monday morning. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of what we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

 

EXCHANGE

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and all our items are well packaged to prevent any damage in transit.

Please have Complete Name, Correct Shipping Address, and Contact Phone on Payment Invoice. The phone number is necessary so that the delivery company may contact you if a delivery issue should occur.

We will not be Responsible for Non Deliverable order due to Incorrect Shipping Address. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear in your online order/ and an email will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date and valid.

Important Information for International Shipping

We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through UPS, DHL and FEDex.  Agape Sale/Agape Royal Organics is not responsible for customs fees, VAT, any international fees required by your country shipping company, delays, lost or wayward International orders as they are not trackable from the USA. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Agape Sale/ Agape Royal Organics and supplying to an international shipping address, the Buyer agrees to the above. 

Agape Sale/Agape Royal Organics specifically is not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility.

It is an investment to ship overseas, so we encourage our international customers to include multiple items to make the journey worthwhile.

We do our best to apply the best shipping costs to each order.

Shipping Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 1-3 to be prepared.

Returns

All Our Products cannot be returned for Health Reasons. We are unable to resell those products.

Returned, Lost, or Damaged Shipping Items

Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Agape Sale/ Agape Royal Organics. This return fee, plus original shipping fees and a 20%  restocking fee will be deducted from any refunds made.

If for any reason your order arrives broken or is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will come to a resolution. Lost packages due to insufficient address or forwarding address are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.   Agape Sale/ Agape Royal Organics is not responsible for losses if your address is not correctly entered into your account or if you do not send us a message to correct the address before the postage is purchased.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your order is returned to us because it went unclaimed at the post office, we will contact you by email asking if you would like to have it reshipped. If you choose to have the order reshipped you will be sent an invoice for the cost to reship plus the amount that the courier charged us to return the package to our warehouse. If we don't receive a response within 48 hours the order will be refunded with the cost of shipping withheld along with a 20% restocking fee.

Example:

Reshipping invoice price: $20

Cost to ship: $10

Courier cost to ship back to our warehouse: $10


Packaged that are marked as delivered by USPS, and stolen, must be reported to the police. These issues are sadly, out of our control.
